Recruitment process at Capecityvw

Stage I

Step one: to our e-mail ( [email protected] ) send us a message and attach a CV describing all your work experience;
The second step is to review each candidate'S CV.;

Stage II

We will call you back and invite you to a qualifying meeting with the HR manager and head of the Department to which you are recruiting. The meeting can be conducted in person or remotely, this issue without any problems we can reconcile with you;

Stage III

If the interview is successful - we will invite you to further meetings, which will consist in a more detailed explanation of how we work and what you can expect when working at Capecityvw;

Stage IV

When recruiting for all our positions, we offer you an internship, the duration of which is 15 working days. The fee for each day of the internship is set together with our employee during the interview;

Stage V

During the internship, the recruiter should show their motivation and willingness to learn and pass several qualification and psychological tests. The head of the Department to which you are recruited will evaluate your competencies and give you recommendations every day. At the end of the employee's internship, the recruitment results are displayed. Regardless of the outcome of the recruitment, the employee always has the opportunity to talk about the internship with his manager and agree on what the next steps will be.

Every candidate who recruits to us must pay attention to the following aspects:

Announcement
You should be very familiar with the announcement that we have placed on various portals. It is worth considering all the responsibilities that are associated with the position for which you are recruiting. You need to prepare a little before the interview.
